The Senior Fraud Analytics Manager leads the fraud analytics team and manages fraud platforms to ensure rules and systems are optimised to detect fraud. The senior manager leads on Metro Bank’s fraud platforms so that operational teams can manage volumes, detection rates are within appetite, false positive rates are industry aligned, and systems can detect the latest threats, to enable the bank to mitigate risk across all fraud types, channels and products.
