 What you will do:
  

•   Delivering Cyber Security tooling improvements in line with the CISO office strategy

•   Executing in a phased approach key elements of the tooling capabilities and accompanying roadmap that create value for fans

•   Owning the Cyber Security Feature Team backlog & objectives ensuring that highly prioritised work items align with the bank’s strategic direction

•   Ensuring solutions created meet customer, market and business needs, with efficient and secure delivery

•   Overseeing the delivery Feature Team and collaborating with Solution Architects; Solution Engineers & Technical Leads in helping to define and drive delivery outcomes

•   Working with Deputy CISO to define success, and how we will measure it using qualitative and quantitative data analysis and lead regular performance updates to colleagues across the Bank

•   Negotiating the scope and work with other Product Owners during PI Planning to ensure the teams are aligned with the business and overall bank objectives

•   Prioritising cyber security capability/tool features to maximise value creation in line with the CISO office strategy, ensuring clear benefits cases for features prioritised and that benefit realisation is tracked

 What you will need: 
 

•    Understand the risks associated with your job and what that means for you, Metro Bank and all our stakeholders

•    Experience of delivering Cyber Security products and delivering iterative with defined success metrics

•    Experience in managing and securely delivering Cyber Security change

•    Knowledge of or familiarity with a wide ranging set of domains which include: Web Gateways; Identity & Access management; Cloud Services, IT infrastructure, networking, data, operations

•    Experience in Agile Values and Principles that embody a true Agile mindset - useful but not essential

•    Experience of progress reporting and communicating business cases and roadmaps and updates at committees/ forums

•    CISSP; CISM or CISA or technical Information Security or Cyber qualification is desirable
