As a Lead Compliance Manager, your role is to keep the Bank and our customers safe. You will be a key member of the Compliance Team, supporting teams across the Bank by providing timely and appropriate regulatory advice. This is a very broad role which covers the Banks’ entire proposition and the ability to support the business on all compliance and risk related issues.

So what would you be doing?...

• Providing day to day advice on implications of FCA and other complex regulatory requirements
• Reporting on regulatory breaches to Executive Risk Committee
• Supporting the Bank’s regulatory change agenda
• Acting as the subject matter expert, providing timely and pragmatic advice on complex issues to ensure fair outcomes for customers
• Leading a fabulous team of Compliance Analysts & Managers

• Extensive experience within a compliance role in a financial services institution
• Experience in developing and overseeing conduct risk and third party arrangements
• Significant Knowledge of FCA and PRA requirements
• Ability to interpret complex reports into simplified concepts for colleagues
• Able to led a team
• Understand the risks associated with your job and what that means for you, Metro Bank and all our stakeholders
