  • Define and execute the CDD product strategy aligned to financial crime risk appetite and regulatory obligations
  • Design, build, and continuously improve CDD products across onboarding, periodic review, and event-driven processes
  • Partner with operations, technology, and third-party providers to deliver scalable and efficient solutions
  • Work with 2nd Line Financial Crime to define product requirements and ensure effective monitoring and oversight
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through to optimisation and decommissioning
  • Ensure products meet regulatory expectations, audit standards, and internal policies
  • Drive automation, digitisation, and use of data analytics to improve outcomes
  • Embed governance, controls, and performance monitoring across all CDD products
  • Lead vendor selection, integration, and ongoing third-party management
  • Build and lead a high-performing product team and foster innovation

  • Strong product management and strategic roadmap experience
  • Deep understanding of CDD/KYC lifecycle and financial crime risks
  • Experience delivering RegTech or CDD-related products
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Analytical and data-driven decision-making capability
  • Experience in process optimisation and continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of AML, sanctions and regulatory frameworks
  • Experience working with third-party vendors and integrations
  • Leadership experience in complex transformation environments
  • Relevant degree and/or financial crime or product certifications
