As the Associate Product Manager at Metro Bank you will help the product team in working across projects and initiatives which deliver commercial value to the Consumer Finance division. You will build up an understanding of who are customers are, how we determine trends and analyse their behaviour and help create users stories with the engineering team and embraces Behavioural Driven Development.

So what would you be doing?...
•Working in collaboration and building up a concrete understanding of Product Management.
•Understanding the scum ceremonies and agile methodology – you will be attending all scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, refinement, 3 amigos, demos and retrospectives)
•Building up Data knowledge and understanding
•Understanding all the items in the roadmap
•Understanding how the product works from lower-medium level technical perspective
•Working collaboratively across multi-functional teams including distribution channels, IT, Engineering and Change
