So what would you be doing?...
•Reviewing consumer credit applications up to £35,000 for approval
•Evaluating, assessing and verifying customer’s income and bank transactions via Open Banking Platforms
•Identifying potential fraud on applications
•Undertaking a full assessment and evaluate the affordability and credit worthiness of an applicant through credit analysis via credit reference agencies
•Speaking with customers to obtain any additional information to support applications
•Ensuring all processes undertaken follow agreed Metro Bank policies and procedures
•Providing input into ongoing improvement of Metro Bank processes and policies
•Ensuring agreed SLA’s are met at all times.

• Understand the risks associated with your job and what that means for you, Metro Bank and all our stakeholders
•You should have a minimum of 2 years experiences within consumer underwriting
•It is essential that you have a strong background in commercial or consumer credit, underwriting and process management.
•You should be a confident and articulated communicator.
•You will have experience of working towards and applying credit procedures and policies.
•Naturally you are able to work to and adapt to fast changing environments.
•You should have strong organisation and time management skills.
•You will be degree educated with a minimum of a 2.1 or equivalent experience.
