As Business Change and Readiness Analyst you will support the Business Change and Readiness team with their core activities, you will own the co-ordination of the Business Readiness forums, managing their agendas and driving the action logs. You will be working with representatives from various business areas and change to understand, document and maintain the overarching change management/business readiness risks and issues. Furthermore you will support business readiness project deliverables with guidance from the business change and readiness managers.

So what would you be doing?...
• Supporting the Business Change and Readiness team with their deliverables as needed.
•Taking responsibility for the preparation and smooth running of the Business Readiness Oversight Committee and Business Change Partner Network forums.
•Co-ordinating other key meetings with business and change team reps, including senior stakeholders across the bank as required to understand key challenges and emerging trends.
•Owning the Business Change and Readiness function risk and issue log, working with the team to ensure accuracy and completeness.
•Owning specific initiative related business change and readiness deliverables as delegated by the Business Change and Readiness Managers / Business Change and Readiness Leads.
•Supporting the wider Change and Readiness team transition into a hybrid agile way of working.
•Maintaining the business readiness sharepoint and templates.
•Thinking critically and proactively and contribute ideas for improved working practices.
