Do you have experience being an Agile Coach? Are you a champion of scaling Agile ways of working? Can you drive collaboration?  If yes, then we may have the role for you. 

As a Value Stream Agile Coach you will be the subject matter expert and will coach feature teams and Value Stream Leadership by providing guidance and expertise in Agile ways of working. While supporting the introduction and improvement of Agile standards and frameworks, you will also have a crucial role in shaping the Agile capability within the bank. This will be achieved by embedding Agile values, principles and practices such as scaled agile, as well as shaping the cultural behaviours and mindset of the organisation.

So what would you be doing?...

•Upskilling feature teams and Value Stream Leadership with the right knowledge, mindset and tools in order to reach their full potential of working and thinking in a truly agile manner
•Building and running coaching workshops across various agile topics
•Training, coaching and mentoring Value Stream Leadership and feature teams to mature their agile mindsets and behaviors through continuous improvement activities 
•Measuring and tracking the agile maturity of value streams and feature teams utilising various practices e.g. team health checks
•Collaborating with Value Stream Leadership to identify and remove systemic impediments to the flow of value within the value stream
•Collaborating with the Agile Centre of Excellence to establish the direction of Agile ways of working with a view to steering the organisational Agility at Metro Bank 
•Supporting the facilitation of Scaled Agile events like Programme Increment Planning, Inspect & Adapt etc.

•Naturally, you will need experience in effective conflict resolution within and across teams
•You will need extensive experience solving complex problems across cross-functional contexts
