Are you a Service Transition Champion? Can you make sure Service Transition processes are communicated and followed through the IT organisation? Do you have IT operational experience managing large scale/complex infrastructure? If yes, then we may have the role for you. 

As the Service Transition Lead, you will be responsible for the transition management for new projects to be designed for service and successfully delivered to production environment

Depending on the team, most of our roles offer flexible working.

So what would you be doing?...

•Managing the Transition Pipeline by providing regular reporting to demonstrate the states of Transition activities.
•Capturing and developing the Transition Plan and track delays in delivery and potential impacts to wider activities
•Centralise engagement and provide planning and contingency support
•Engaging with the Change Advisory Board on the Transition confidence
•Working with Portfolio Managers, Business SMEs and IT to define an IT support model
•Capturing lessons learnt and build improvements into the transition planning against future projects.
•Assisting in the delivery of all IT change projects in the Bank
•Ensuring a new IT solution is built based as per the design and meet requirements (Resiliency, Security, Monitoring)
•Tracking and maintain Service Models to aid in Configuration Management activities.
•Making Service engagement and considerations are factored into all new Transitions.

•We need you to understand and operate across different project methodologies (waterfall and agile)
•Naturally, you will articulate considerations which need to be included as part of a Service Transition.
•To be successful in this role we need you to have experience of documenting Service Models, Information flow and solution designs.
•In order to hit the ground running, you will need sound knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL theory and operationally), the various processes which operate within it and the expectations they seek on a transition.
•You will need excellent stakeholder collaboration skills and experience of end to end project lifecycle
