Due to continues success, we are growing our Mortgage Intermediary Team here at Metro Bank and are looking for Mortgage Telephone Business Development Managers to join us! In this role you will deliver amazing service to all of our customers, creating fans from everyone you speak to! Last year was an exciting year for us and with exceptional growth already this year, 2022 looks to be just as exciting. 

This role will be predominantly home based, with 1 day per week in either our Watford, Reading or Bishopsgate office.

So what would you be doing…

•Managing our existing intermediary relationships, as well as developing new ones

•Identifying new opportunities, whilst developing and maintaining strong business relationships

•Working with brokers on new and existing cases

•Making sure we always provide an amazing service to our customers at every touch point and constantly looking for ways we can improve our processes

•Planning and organising intermediary panel development
