As a Customer Relations Specialist you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing all agreements once they have gone live. You will provide AMAZEING service to our customers. You will be responsible for managing the risk and service quality for our Asset Finance clients.

Depending on the team, most of our roles offer flexible working.

So what would you be doing?

• Communicating settlement quotes with our customers
• Dealing with overpayments and processing refunds for our customers
• Reviewing and rescheduling Customer Agreements
• Issuing third party and customer invoices at the end of a lease term
• Managing customer data and information using internal software systems
• Liaising with internal and external colleagues as well as third party companies, these might include: Introducers, Insurance companies, solicitors and police

• Understand the risks associated with your job and what that means for you, Metro Bank and all our stakeholders
• You might be from an Asset Finance background but this is not essential, it would help to understand how the leasing process works
• Be confident to communicate with customers, being comfortable to deal with sometimes challenging scenarios
• You’ll real eye for detail and have a desire to deliver AMAZEING customer service!
