Our Large Trading Business team support our largest and most complex customers to grow their business. Putting your relationship management skills to the test, this role will give you the opportunity to support the team in ensuring that our customers aren’t missing an opportunity to develop their business.
Depending on the team, most of our roles offer flexible working.
So what would you be doing?...
• Supporting a Commercial Banking Director to manage a complex portfolio of customers by ensuring all credit and operational risks task are managed and completed in a timely fashion.
• Key tasks will include; evaluating complex lending opportunities, completing annual lending reviews, management/testing of financial metrics/conditions, completion of ‘Risk’ based tasks such as ODD/EDDs.
• Building Amazeing relationships with customers, supporting them with all their baking requirements.
• Understanding the individual banking needs of the customers and supporting them throughout their journey.
• Ensuring our customers are getting amazeing service and that they have access to all of the amazing services that Metro Bank offers, and expanding our existing relationships, whilst creating new FANS!
• Working closely with your colleagues in the wider Large Trading Business Team and other internal stakeholders to make sure we give amazeing service to all of our customers.

• Have strong organisational and numerical skills.
• Strong knowledge of our systems including CRM, Experian, T24, CRGA and more
• Knowledge of the commercial lending process, from start to completion.
• Experience of identifying and meeting customer's commercial banking needs whilst resolving complex queries and transactional banking requirements.
• Able to build amazing relationships with colleagues and customers so that we make the right decision for our customers every time.
