As a Business Support Specialist you will answer calls from customers to make sure they receive amazing service at all times. You will help customers with a variety of queries, such as; setting up and cancelling standing orders, credit card balance transfers, and processing change of addresses and account closures. No one day is the same and you will always be busy!

• Helping Business and Commercial customers with any queries they have over the phone and via email - making sure they get amazing service and are fans of Metro Bank
• Thinking of new ways to make things better for customers – looking for new ways to surprise and delight them
• Working with colleagues across Metro Bank to make the right decisions for our customers at all times
• Liaising with external suppliers to resolve problems for our customers
• Prioritising and managing your daily workload in a dynamic, fast paced, constantly changing environment

• Knowledge of the systems T24 or CRM would help, but is not essential
