If this sounds like you….. read on So what would you be doing? • Creating FANS across the London area, telling all of your customers about our amazing Invoice Finance proposition You need to be this kind of person… • Passionate about providing unparalleled levels of service and convenience for customers And whilst we always aim to train for skill where possible, on this occasion we are looking for someone who is already able to do all these wonderful things... • Networking with businesses across the London area; attracting Invoice Finance customers to Metro Bank. The customers could be new or existing and across a range of different industries. You will probably know something about a lot of them, the rest we can show you
• Searching out new businesses who want a different approach when it comes to their Invoice Finance solutions. You can talk to them about all of our service lines, lending, deposits, asset finance, invoice finance, cash management and coming soon Trade and FX
• Building amazing relationships with your internal colleagues to provide our customers with a first class experience across all areas of Metro Bank
• Prepared to stick at something – we get nervous if someone has jumped from job to job
• Able to work and learn quickly in a fast paced, fun and dynamic environment
• Demonstrate a passion for understanding and getting to know about the Invoice Finance needs for all of our customers – both existing customers and customers that are new to the Bank. With every interaction we need to make sure we are creating FANS for life
• Ability to think strategically, planning every move to make sure you make the most effective use of your time. Once the plan is in place, you need to stick to the plan to ensure that we are acquiring, keeping and growing our customers
