As a T24 Application Support Operations Analyst you will provide technical production support to our core banking application team, by delivering IT services to our customers. You will understand the business requirements for change on all T24 projects, as well as designing high quality solutions.

• Providing excellent technical production support to colleagues at all levels
• Working with T24 software in production
• Looking after our core banking application by identifying and fixing defects
• Supporting the team with major incidents and resolving IT tickets within agreed timeframes

• Understand the risks associated with your job and what that means for you, Metro Bank and all our stakeholders
• It is key that you have lots of production and technical support experience within a fast-paced and busy environment, preferably banking but this is not essential
• Technical knowledge of Web/Application Servers and a strong understanding of SQL is important
• It’s really essential that you have experience in production support and handling live issues, particularly in payments area
• You will have a good working knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems
• It would be fantastic if you have any scripting knowledge
• In order to hit the ground running you need to have experience developing medium sized changes and bug fixes
